I purchased these earrings and was very pleased with the size and color of the pearls. As other customers have reported the silcone backs are too small and are difficult to put on. I dropped one of the backs and had the most difficult time finding it. I finally decided to call the Seller to ask if they had larger backs I could purchase as a replacement for the smaller ones. The seller graciously agreed to replace the backs with larger ones at no cost. I appreciate the positive response from the seller and their willingness to solve a minor problem with the earrings. It is for this reason I rate this item so highly and recommend others purchase from this seller. I will write a follow-up to let you know how the larger silicone backs are working out.Here's an update on these Pear Earrings 6 months later. The larger silicone backs are much better than than ones that originally came with the earrings. But if you are considering purchasing these I would recommend that you don't. I have had these earrings since April, 2013, have worn them less than 10 times and now the post broke off one of the earrings. Per amazon.com policy the earrings cannot be returned now for repair or replacement. I would recommend spending the extra money to buy a quality product that will LAST LONGER THAN SIX MONTHS. I have changed my rating to one star. The size and color is the only things that is positive about these earrings.Feb 26, 2014: I am updating my review and my rating of this seller. I was encouraged by an anoymous reader who encouraged me to contact the seller to report my dissatisfaction with the earrings. I followed the advise and was assured that the product with would replaced. I received a new pair of earrings and I am completely satisfied with the product and the customer service. I like the look of these pearl earrings BUT

The earrings themselves are great - however the back clip is difficult to hold on to; and I have found that they wear out quickly. I have already had to replace the backs for fear of losing the earring itself.
