Update: So far a headache

Originally i bought this for our anniversary, the original pieces were of a bad quality, several of the pearls use in the necklace exhibit damage, as if when they were trying to make the perforations they would slip and a really big and noticible scratch mark was made into several of the pearls. Instead of discarding the piece they went ahead and used them anyways; very distasteful.The seller contact me via phone, apologizing and instructed me to send the pieces back with no charge and that he would replace them.I got the new necklace yesterday. I am very disappointed. The new pieces are of even inferior quality then the ones before. I am guessing that the seller doesn't make the necklace, they probably just imported them from a massive seller in a 3rd world country... so i could excuse the bad quality since they don't build it, but i would expect that there would be some sort of quality control before shipping the jewelry to a buyer.With the original pieces that we received there was some damage in the necklace, that is why we wanted to exchange it. With this new one, the damage on the necklace's pearls is still present in the same proportion AND on top of that now the earnings have an nonuniform shape, one of the pieces is not even remotely spherical. I had to hear my wife complaining again and telling me that i should have not send the pieces back the first place since what we got in exchange is even worse. This was an anniversary gift, it was suppose to generate a magical moment...so far it has only brought me headaches.I do not want a refund, I just want what we were promise at the moment of the purchase. As I stated before, I am aware that they are cheap pieces and that been natural pearls of not the best quality one can't not expect perfection but even with all those considerations in mind both the necklace and the earrings leave a lot to desire.
